Tracking:
You will receive tracking information 3 to 8 days from the date of purchase. If you have not received any tracking information after 8 days, please notify us via email (support@shoptokyostreets.com).
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you've received your item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must pay return shipping costs. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the package. Please email us at support@shoptokyostreets.com to open a return request. For a quicker turnaround time please include your order number as well as the items you wish to return or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
A refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Some banks/credit card companies require up to 10 days to process refunds but majority of the time you should receive your funds in a shorter time period.
Please contact your payment provider of choice to verify the refund if we have already sent you a refund notice but you are yet to receive the funds.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned for refund, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This includes items involved in site-wide promotions as well as discount codes. You may however exchange all products.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for incorrect sizing. If it is a mistake on our end we will ship out the correct item to you free of charge. In the event the item is too small/too large, you are responsible for paying for returning the item to us. At this point, we can then send you a new item in a larger/smaller size.
The quickest way to do a size exchange would be to purchase the new product(s) and we will refund you once the item is returned back to us.
We will replace items, free of charge, if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@shoptokyostreets.com for further assistance.
Gifts
We do not accept returns for items marked as a gift by the buyer. You are required to have the buyer initiate contact with us.
Shipping
To return your product, you must email us at support@shoptokyostreets.com to arrange for shipping. Depending on your location we offer a return depot in the United States and Canada. Although, it is up to our discretion to choose which return depot your item is mailed to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
